Mark E. Medina

Mark Medina is a partner in the firm’s Denver office.  Mark represents clients in state and local tax controversies at the audit, administrative and judicial levels throughout Colorado.  Mark also advises clients on tax planning matters, including evaluating the state and local tax consequences of business transactions.  Mark has substantial litigation and counseling experience in matters involving diverse industries and taxes.

Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Mark practiced in the litigation group of an international law firm for 15 years.  His strong litigation skills are a significant asset in our firm’s advocacy.  Mark clerked for the Honorable Christine M. Durham of the Utah Supreme Court following law school.
